Laura Ingraham hosted Donald Trump, businessman and philanthropist.
Trump said he built a great company with little debt and said Karl Rove crashed and burned the economy along with President Bush. He said there wre thousands ready to listen to Newt Gingrich. He said he an entrepreneurial star which is what the networks want. He said Charles Krauthammer doesn't know what he talks about. Trump bragged about his net worth and said he had little debt. He commended Ingraham for following his advice as far as enhancing her brand. He said he gave money to Rove who then came out and trashed him which he said is Rove's character flaw. He said Rove is a hack and gave the nation Obama. Ingraham said he won't return her calls.
Trump said he's not allowed to run for president when one has a big show because he'd have to give equal time. He said it's hard to bag a show but Ingraham countered that the nation is more important. He said it's wrong that Obama is allowed ot go on television any time. At air time Trump thought Romney would show and said the debate would be highly rated and that he would concentrate on the rise of China. He said it's too soon to say who he will endorse.
Ingraham quoted a negative comment Gingrich made in 1989 about Trump and he said it was a long time ago and shrugged it off. He said he loves real estate and creates many jobs. Ingraham noted the junk bonds and other financing Trump had to take to stay afloat.
Trump hopes that Obama won't be president in 2013 as it will harm the country and the GOP has to get its act together and get new blood into the party. Ingraham said her concern is that the GOP has a bad brand and that it should be about freedom, power and prosperity.
