Clodfelter said at first President Obama talked to families of the USS Cole bombing victims and he said that justice should be done for this horrible crime and he can't comprehend why the military tribunal has been shelved against the perpetrators. Ingraham said that it is politics and can't understand why 10 years after the attack, nothing has been done. He said the USS Cole perpetrators should have been the first to have been prosecuted among all the terrorists. Ingraham said that Rahim al-Nashiri is a member of al-Qaeda, a close associate of Osama bin Laden and a terrorist.
Clodfelter said that President Bush refused to meet with them and President Obama gave them about 45 minutes - but now it seems the trial has been shelved. He said his son was planning to stay in the Navy as he loved it and his colleagues said he was the best at what he did. He said the Navy didn't get the intelligence they needed for the USS Cole's safety.
