Jobless rate tops 10 pct. for the first time since '83 from AP reports that despite the efforts of the Obama administration's efforts to stimulate the economy under the leadership of VP Joe "No Joke" Biden, the unemployment rate spiked to 10.2%.
Nearly 16 million people can't find jobs even though the worst recession since the Great Depression has apparently ended. Many economists worry that persistently high unemployment could undermine the recovery by restraining consumer spending, which accounts for 70 percent of the economy.
Since the government can't solve the problem, it's time the people start facing unemployment with their own ingenuity:
