TVNewser has obtained the complete list of media stenographers who shill for the White House who met with President Obama for two and a half hours - sans Fox News, of course.  Of course, Mr. Obama doesn't have that kind of time to meet with the troops in Afghanistan - or, it seems, General McChrystal.
