Laura Ingraham hosted Byron York.
York said that the Congressional Budget Office has been a nightmare for the Obama administration as their numbers on health care and other deficit spending is unsustainable. Ingraham referenced Betsy McCaughhey's piece in the New York Post itemizes the reasons health care will be diminished down the road. Ingraham said that the high tax rates that will be paid will in actuality lead to lower taxes. York said that Obama is fulfilling his campaign platform which the CBO says is impossible.
Ingraham said that Mr. Vargas' testimony before the Sotomayor hearings was the most powerful testament against massive affirmative action which Sotomayor blew off.
Ingraham and York noted that Obama's continual preachiness - and this hasn't been helpful to race relations and it is blunting his popularity.
