This Week with George Stephanopoulos featured Senators Orrin Hatch and Patrick Leahy over the upcoming President Obama's Supreme Court nomination with the senators debating over the role of activism on the court, with Hatch noting that the word "empathy" as code for such activism.
The H1N1 Fed Team - HHS Kathleen Sebelius, DHS Janet Napolitano and CDC Dr. Richard Besser did their swine flu update, as with most of the Sunday shows.
