Laura Ingraham hosted Wendy Long of the Judicial Confirmation Network, on the threats to the American legal system posed by David Hamilton and his sister-in-law Dawn Johnsen.
Long said that David Hamilton is the poster child for liberal activist judges. He was a fundraiser for ACORN. She said that Senator Specter has protested this nominee getting rammed through confirmation - and the GOP boycotted his hearings as Senator Leahy wouldn't allow disagreement on his nomination. Long said that Dawn Johnsen being the head of legal counsel is important because she would advise the White House on legal matters - and she was the head of NARAL. Johnsen is really radical and submitted a brief that the 13th Amendment is impacted when women are enslaved by having to carry a fetus.
