Great article. I'm sure a lot of gamers would say that they are not addicted when they in fact are. They may say "if I am an addict, can' I just quit on my own?"
You can, only in the sense that it’s theoretically possible. But that’s the kind of thinking engaged in by addicts: avoiding any outside help or guidance. Most addicts who think they can quit without help, die addicted. Don’t let that happen to you.

Let KD Consulting be the helping hand you’ve been looking for. We can offer the finest treatment program available, for your specific needs. And if you’re concerned about a family member who’s told you he or she doesn’t need help, please don’t believe it. If the user could have quit, the user would have quit.

Maybe an intervention is the first step in getting your loved one the help he or she needs to effectively deal with any of these addictive behaviors. You can count on KD Consulting to make all the arrangements for a successful intervention that will allow you and your loved one the dignity to address the addiction in a hopeful, positive environment. For more information, call us at (866) 631-0026 or email info@KDconsulting.org. You’ll be very glad you did.

Let's say there are video game addicts, what's wrong with that? They even have foundations for those who needs treatments and such but has anyone bothered to check out real and alarming addictions like drugs? Is being addicted to video games worst than being addicted to drugs? I'd rather be addicted to games than to drugs and most parents would agree to that. I've also read an article http://www.seolinksshop.com/articles/article-18.html which pointed a good effect of games in real world specially in times of crisis.
