House Minority Leader John "Crap Sandwich" Boehner played it close to the vest in discussing the GOP's energy and climate change policy in the making on "This Week" with George Stephanopoulos - shooting down the notion that carbon dioxide emissions are carcinogens - after all we humans exhale carbon dioxide - and those "every cow in the world - you know - they do what they do".
