    Michael Newdow With Laura Ingraham

Laura Ingraham hosted Michan the president's oath of office.  Ingraham said that historically our leaders have evoked God from Washington going forward.  Newdow said that Washington also spoke with caution about the dangers of religion's impact on the government.  Ingraham said that Newdow has the mainstream media, Hollywood and that most of the American people are on the side of the inclusion of God in the pronouncements of leaders.  Ingraham asked what rights he is losing or harm that is being done.

Ingraham noted that Newdow has sued Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Roberts, Senator Dianne Feinstein and Pastor Rick Warren, among others.

Ingraham said that Newdow overinterprets in a wrong way the Establishment Clause and asked why he loses in the courts - and why he thinks as he does.
