According to Politico, HHS Secretary hominee Tom Daschle - a former Senate Majority leaders has just paid $100,000 in back taxes - outdoing Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner. There were also issues with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her husband's money dealings with his foundation.
Will the same argument be used - that Daschle is too valuable to quibble over this error?
