Laura Ingraham hosted Senator Saxby Chambliss.
Chambliss said Ingraham hung on with him in his first race. Chambliss said that there are some lessons to be learned from his run-off race and that it is to stick to conservative principles of more freedom and lower taxes. Chambliss said that it was right to vote for the first bailout as the credit market had contracted. He said that the government will get its money back. Ingraham said that the banks are sitting on the bailout money so it allows others to come and ask for money. Chambliss said there are global implications with the banks and that it needs time to work.
