Laura Ingraham hosted Peter Brookes, senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation, on Pakistani links to the Mumbai terrorist attacks.
Brookes said Lashkar e Taiba and the Mumbai attackers were apparently trained in Pakistan. He said it would be no surprise if the Jews and others were tortured by the terrorists.
Brookes said that Indian people are peaceful and are also the most plagued by terror attacks - and they seem to lack the capacity to anticipate these attacks. He said they do have commandos, but need more. He also said the terrorists were spread out and that there were probably ore than ten involved with sympathetic helpers.
Brookes said they were very precise and used the pirate ruse and went on their way to commit the crimes. He said that it is not an accident that the US hasn't been attacked again after September 11th and that there are people who want to get after us again - and a big danger is our own complacency.
