Schumer Disses First Amendment, Compares Talk Radio To Pornography

"Schumer on Fox: Fairness Doctrine ‘fair and balanced’ " from The Hill reports that New York Senator Chuck Schumer is against the First Amendment and for the Fairness Doctrine in which the government dictates what is on the air waves. He compared talk radio to pornography.

Will movies, newspapers, and television shows also have to adhere to the Fairness Doctrine? Not likely.
