"Obama considering Daschle for Cabinet" from AP reports that Barack Obama is looking to tap former Senator Tom Daschle of South Dakota for Secretary of Health and Human Services.
Daschle, a close adviser to Obama throughout the Illinois senator's White House campaign, recently wrote a book on his proposals to improve health care, and he is working with former Senate leaders on recommendations to improve the system.
Daschle worked for Alston and Bird law firm that basically lobbies - a big no-no to Obama - apparently except for his close friends.
