Windbag Pelosi's Stance to "Save the Planet" a Personal Boone as Well

"Pelosi's Big Wind Boondoggle" by Michelle Malkin from the NY Post delves into the intersection between Speaker Nancy Pelosi's personal financial and political interests and T. Boone Pickens' wind power promotion - which, in both cases, is hardly as pure as it appears on the face of it.  In fact, Speaker Pelosi appears more interested in personal savings over saving the planet.

Malkin highlights Pelosi's financial records that reveal her investment in Pickens' endeavors such as Mesa Power and CLNE which dovetail very nicely with the political leanings of her uber liberal San Fran constituencies such as the Sierra Club.  Malkin also points out that wind power isn't reliable and needs the back up of fossil fuels.

Thus Speaker Pelosi's protestations that she is interested in saving the planet are patently false - she is first and foremost interested in saving and promoting Speaker Pelosi.
