Tucker Carlson hosted Rep. Tim Roemer on the Laura Ingraham Show.
Roemer said that Obama has played lots of hoops in his state and that he is connecting with people. He said that it is hard to define working class people - but that Obama came from a single parent family who has made his money via book sales and has offered people hope with his vision and personal narrative. Roemer said that Bush blew the opportunity post-September 11th to deal with the energy problem. He said that four million manufacturing jobs have been lost in the Midwest.
Roemer said that a variety of solutions are needed for the energy crisis - and that will help ease the ethanol crunch. He said that Obama has the right balance on gun control.
