John McCain's Wisconsin Primary victory speech started laying out the bold lines of what his campaign will stand for - strong national defense, strong economy, less government, love of country and patriotism. Even Obama himself seemed to pick up a few of McCain's phrases in his later overlong speech - perhaps seeking some gravitas...
