"Al-Qaeda is defeated" by Michael Yon at National Review reports that according to Sheik Omar Jabouri of the powerful Jabouri tribe in Iraq and of the Iraq Islamic Party, al-Qaeda is defeated mentally, physically and knows that they can't run and hide as they did before. The final frontier appears to be the Rashid district in southern Baghdad - as it goes, so goes Baghdad and Iraq.
