Pharisee Robertson Praised Giuliani As A "Dedicated Catholic"

"Pat Robertson backs Giuliani's bid" from the AP reports that televangelist Pat Robertson of the 700 Club is endorsing Rudy Giuliani - whom he referred to as a "dedicated Catholic" on ABC's "This Week" .

Whatever Giuliani's virtues, being a dedicated Catholic is not one of them.  Robertson is either a craven power seeker or truly ignorant.  With Giuliani's three marriages, stands on abortion and gay marriage - and his lack of experience in defense and foreign policy as Robertson seems to indicate are his strengths, it would seem that Robertson's recommendation should be taken with skepticism.

Many people were commenting yesterday on the crazy things Robertson has said. I guess Giuliani being a good Catholic can be added to the list.
