    Teacher Arrested In Sudan For Allowing Students To Name Teddy Bear "Muhammed"

    "'Muhammed' teddy bear teacher arrested" from BBC News reports that Gillian Gibbons, a 54 year old school teacher from Liverpool, got arrested in Sudan for allowing her students to name a teddy bear 'Muhammed' which was considered an insult to the Prophet.

    Parents complained - and now she may receive 40 lashes for this 'insult' - how barbaric does it get?

    What would the Prophet say about this?  One has to believe that Jesus would encourage the little children to come to him and name the teddy bear after him.
