"Bin Laden message 'to be aired' " from BBC News reports that according to Islamic website messages, Osama bin Laden is allegedly releasing either an audio or video message to Europe, according to as-Sahab, al-Qaeda's media arm.
It would seem that media hound Osama bin Laden wants to get some PR to coincide with the Annapolis conference - and probably thinks he ought to be there to negotiate. He also would have one of his big reasons for the war on terror knocked out from under him if there was a two state solution in the Middle East - thus he would be marginalized.
