Chantelle Hill, 6, Raises Money For Father's Lung Cancer Treatment That NHS Won't

"I won't let Daddy die: Girl of six raises £4,000 for life-saving drugs the NHS won't provide" from UK Daily Mail reports that six year old Chantelle Hill did the right thing while bureaucrats at England's National Health Service didn't - she raised enought for a two month supply for drugs to save her father David Hill, 45 and the father of four, affected by lung cancer.  Ironically the drug he needs, Tarveca, is available in Scotland but not in England.

The little girl made posters bearing the words, "Please help me to save my daddy" and plastered them all over her home town of Darlington.

Her mother Tina, 48, said: "We are so proud of Chantelle. She worships her dad and can't bear the thought of losing him.
