"McCain bids for an issue on property" from the NY Sun reports that Senator John McCain is so incensed by the 2005 Kelo vs. New London decision that he is not only committed to appointing judges who aren't activists - but is also looking to a constitutional amendment on eminent domain - declaring that the Kelo decision is a threat to property rights and free markets. Sounds like a winning issue...
