As Lukas notes, the executives of this tanking enterprise should take note of the women who are indeed succeeding on the testosterone laden world of talk radio - and pick up some tips on how to have programming that appeals to everyone.  Laura Ingraham, Dr. Laura Schlessinger, Tammy Bruce, etc. are all very successful talk radio hosts and don't need a feminist agenda to compete.  These are the real pioneers of women in talk radio which is rarely mentioned in the mainstream media...
