Robert Novak With Laura Ingraham

Laura Ingraham hosted Robert Novak.

Novak wasn't surprised that Senators Clinton and Obama voted down the latest Iraq budget.  He said the Congress isn't a good place to run for the presidency from.  Novak said that he thinks that Californians believe Rudy Giuliani is the only Republican that can carry California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio.  Novak thinks that he will have a hard time winning the primary on social issues, his baggage and his personality.  Novak said that immigration is a terrible issue for the GOP with people like himself believe there should be a compromise on the issue and those that are more hardline on not favoring a comprehensive bill.
