February in Baghdad Will Hold No Hearts and Flowers For The Bad Guys

"Sources: Operation Baghdad begins on February 5th" by Omar at Iraq The Model reports that the city is in high gear over the coming security plan with insurgents and militia members either fleeing or getting the word that the need for them and theie "services" or disservices will not be necessary.  While telegraphing the plan allows the thugs to escape, al-Maliki has said he will chase down the bad guys once Baghdad is clear.  Amazingly, it also sounds like the fractious parliament is backing Maliki up with his plan, which is key.  Omar also says there are reports of meddling from paid agents of Tehran (what a surprise!) and the usual weapons involvement.

Omar will have more updates at the website and also is a contributor at Pajamas Media...
