Iran's Great Prophet Military Manuevers Underway - Is It Prophetic?

The AP reports that Iran has begun its "Great Prophet" ten day series of manuevers in several provinces, the Sea of Oman and the Gulf in which they tested short and longer range missiles including the Shahab 3.  They said this was in response to the US naval exercises near their ports.

One has to wonder about the significance of the title of the exercises - inspirational or prophetic?
