Outrageous 9/11 Terrorists' Last Wills' Preambles A Laughing Matter?

Matt Drudge links to a Times of London piece that also links to a video of the September 11th terrorists in Kandahar, Afghanistan in January 2000 reading their wills - but not before jocular smiling and laughing. 

This helps to place such excrement as Mohammed Atta and his fellow thugs after they left Hamburg, Germany, and demonstrates the compartmentalization they were able to pull off as they blended in Western society on one hand and yet were hate-filled jihadists on the other hand.
