    Prosama Laden Court Reduces Presidency to Ceremonial Role

    Michelle Malkin has a number of links and analysis on the Prosama Laden Supreme Court decision in the Hamdan case.

    One has to wonder if the role of the President is to be ceremonial like Queen Elizabeth's?  The first job of the president is to protect the nation - not to protect enemies of the nation.  This decision seems overreach for the terrorists, not by the president.
