    Iraq's Murderers Morph Their Evil Tactics

    Omar at Iraq the Model reports on Forward Together Day 3 in which the terrorists/insurgents decided to challenge the system and wreaked havoc and murdered several dozen citizens with their homicidal car bombings and other mayhem.  Omar noted that it seems that the thugs took a day or two to size up the situation and readjusted accordingly. 

    What will probably have to happen is some flexibility and degree of surprise on the part of the security forces - and as Omar notes - an aggressive intelligence campaign to deter the suicide missions before they get under way.  It is difficult when the majority of citizens play by the rules and the terrorist/insurgents make them up as they go along to extract the maximum of evil.
