Mexico 51st State: Solution to Reconquistador ReinVENTion of History

Michelle Malkin takes on the reconquistadors reinvention of history at her latest Hot Air e-Vent.  She details the ferocious agenda of some of the reconquistador movement and some of the rewriting of history that the groups have promulgated.

This also exposes inconsistencies - why would anyone want to remake portions of the US to look like Mexico?  Again, what makes more sense is for the US to incorporate Mexico as a fifty-first state - since forty percent of the population wants to come here.  That would imply that they prefer the culture and lifestyle of the US - and especially if they wish to achieve citizenship.  So it makes more sense for the US to incorporate Mexico as a state and take care of the problem for the many exploited people in Mexico suffering from corrupt and incompetent leadership.  This would be a win-win with the US acquiring a hardworking population, natural resources and loads of places to invest.  The Mexicans would get the rule of law (as well as Americans), an improved lifestyle and a diversified culture.  The greater numbers together would provide a balance with the populations of China and India.  It is ultimately a win for all - and if it works, why not incorporate the whole of Central America?
