Vicente Fox and his government should be ashamed that they are so corrupt and exploitive as to encourage workers to endanger their lives to leave their country to work elsewhere. The spotlight should be on reforming the economies of Mexico and other countries that let their citizens down continually with their incompetence and corruption...
