How About Comprehensive Reform in Mexico and Beyond?

Michelle Malkin gives a pre-assessment blast of what she anticipates President Bush will say during his address to the nation on immigration - in her Hot Air Vent - "Read My Lips - No New Amnesty".

Michelle knocks down the "comprehensive immigration reform" plan theory - advocating enforcing the laws on the books with enforcement first.

Along those lines, how about comprehensive economic and governmental reform in Mexico?  Vicente Fox and his government should be ashamed that they are so corrupt and exploitive as to encourage workers to endanger their lives to leave their country to work elsewhere.  The spotlight should be on reforming the economies of Mexico and other countries that let their citizens down continually with their incompetence and corruption...
