    UC Santa Cruz Should Put Money Where Mouth Is And Turn Down Fed Ed $$$$

    Michelle Malkin reports that a reader alerted her that UC Santa Cruz which has dissed and run off military recruitment on campus, has not been too proud to accept $80 million in fed ed money for their sorry institution.  She reports that the Mountain States Legal Foundation has sent a letter to Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld about the situation - especially in light of the recent Supreme Court unanimous decision by whining law schools around the country who brought action to ban recruiters in defiance of the Solomon Amendment from campus law schools.  Hopefully we will see if the school and its ungrateful and censorious students will put their money where their mouths are and turn down the dough...
