watch scene, and Rowan Scarborough of the Washington
Times, feel that the bagging of Mr. Big No. 3 could give us our best shot
at Osama bin Laden. Al Libbi, an Al Qaeda COO, could do an Andrew Fastow or
Scott Sullivan for us and finger the big boss. How many virgins this might take
- who knows? None of these guys has been shamed into setting an example for
