Michelle Malkin reported on a
rather unhilarious riff Don Imus took on his sidekick, Contessa Brewer on his
morning show - to use one of his favorite phrases - "tedious' would be
too kind. If this is the new direction of MSNBC with its new name change, they
may want to consider a 180 turn.

Yup, he has the right to be a jerk/reprimand a straying employee. But, so do the Suits at MSNBC. Free speech is not just for thee, remember?
And a company is not constrained by the First Amendment to hire someone whose speech they disagree with. After all, would GM hire some celeb who spent much of her time badmouthing GM products? Of course not.
