Copy-All-Right Ruled by Court - Broadcast Flag Lowered

Copy-All-Right Ruled by Court - Broadcast Flag Lowered

    "Outside the Beltway" reports "Court
    Overturns FCC's Broadcast Flag
    "

Digital detritus will be on the upswing as millions of couch potatoes fire
up their duplicitous duplicating devices to copy various digital fare, thanks
to the DC Court of Appeals. This limits the FCC's authority to itself limit
the Internet. This narrow ruling could be overturned if the Congress allows
such glags and tamps down the copying and distribution of digital materials.
Look for this to happen after the 2006 Congressional elections after they make
big promises to act to their lobbyist pals in the communications industry after
    getting the consumer votes.
