Boots on the Ground for Iraqi Kids

Boots on the Ground for Iraqi Kids

    Michelle Malkin
alerted readers to a great story of the day on Friday from "Stars
    and Stripes
" online telling about US soldiers donating 800 pairs of
shoes to rural Iraqi children via humanitarian petty cashunding. The effort,
headed up by Sgt. William Bailey of Logan, Utah. and his group, Battery B, 1st
Battalion, 148th Field Artillery, is all the more incredible when considering
their day job is border patrol during this very contentious fighting.

We hope you get home, Bill Bailey, along with your great group who have done
so much to defend all of us.
